Your dust-laden gas enters the collector, where coarse particles settle in the ash hopper, and fine dust is captured on the surface of filter bags. This ensures that clean air is discharged safely while dust accumulates on the bags.
To maintain continuous operation, our PLC-controlled pulse cleaning system periodically sprays compressed air to remove the dust from each filter bag without stopping the rest of the system. The removed dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged automatically.

When the dust layer on your filter bags builds up and equipment resistance reaches the set limit, the automatic cleaning system activates.
Step 1 – Isolate the chamber: The air supply to the chamber is cut off to ensure effective cleaning.
Step 2 – Pulse cleaning: Compressed air is released rapidly into the filter bag, causing it to expand and vibrate, dislodging dust from the bag surface.
Step 3 – Dust removal: The loosened dust falls into the ash hopper and is centrally discharged through the ash discharge system.
Step 4 – Cycle continues: Each chamber is cleaned in sequence while the other chambers continue filtering, ensuring continuous operation.
